AI Disclosure Statement

At BRG Group, transparency isn't an afterthought. It's part of how we operate - in the way we design our products, and in the way we communicate about them.

Like most companies, we're integrating AI tools into parts of our content process. Here's what that looks like in practice, and what it doesn't look like.

Where we use AI

Copywriting assistance
Some website copy and product descriptions have been drafted or refined with AI tools. A human always reviews and approves the final text.

Translation
We use AI to support translation of content across our global markets, reviewed by local teams for accuracy and tone.

Image retouching
Post-production retouching has always been standard practice in product photography - adjusting colour, sharpening images, cleaning up backgrounds. Previously done manually using tools like Photoshop, this work is now assisted by AI, which makes the process faster and more consistent. The same human oversight applies. Our studio teams review and approve every image before it's published. What's changed is the tool, not the standard.

What AI doesn't do
Our products are designed by our engineers. Our food and coffee imagery shows real results - made by real people, with real machines. No AI has generated, replaced or fabricated a product, a cup of coffee, or a plate of food in our content. What you see is what you get.

Where we're headed
AI regulation is evolving quickly across our markets. We're committed to staying ahead of disclosure requirements and to being transparent with our customers as our practices develop.
