Origin: PNG Region: Western Highlands Farm: Various Producer: Smallholder farmers Altitude: 1550 - 1750 masl Process: Natural Varietal: Arusha, Bourbon, Typica Description: Sourced from the Kindeng Dry Mill in Papua New Guinea, this coffee is grown by around 1,500 smallholder farms. The cherries undergo meticulous processing before being dried on raised beds for a month. The result is a vibrant, balanced cup with bright acidity, sweet fruit notes, and a smooth, clean finish.
