I bought a product with an eGift Card, how do I exchange or refund?
If you wish to make any changes to your purchase including exchanges to refunds for products purchased by an eGift Card, please call: 1300 139 798 or go to the Beanz Support Centre (https://www.beanz.com/au/en/support/contact-us.html) and submit a New Case.
Can an eGift Card be redeemed on subscriptions?
Yes, the eGift Card can be redeemed for subscriptions. At checkout the recipient will be prompted to input a credit card alongside their eGift Card. Once the balance of the eGift Card has been used up through their subscription purchase, the ongoing payments will then commence on the credit card.
Where can an eGift Card be used?
The eGift Card can be redeemed online towards the purchase of Beanz products on beanz.com or other Breville sites when available.
How do I use an eGift Card?
Select your Beanz product/s of choice, then proceed to your Cart and Checkout. After entering shipping details, you can then select the 'Redeem an eGift Card' option in the Payment step. Enter your 22-digit number and 4-digit PIN from your eGift Card. This will then be applied to your Order Summary and display the balance for your purchase.
Are eGift Cards redeemable for cash, or can I refund them?
There are no returns or refunds on eGift Cards, nor can any balance on an eGift Card be redeemed for cash, unless the remaining balance on the eGift Card is under $10 in value.

Where can I find the expiry date of my eGift Card?
It will be printed on the emailed receipt of the eGift Card. If you are unable to locate the expiry, please reach out to our customer services team on 1300 139 798 or via the Beanz Support Centre (https://www.beanz.com/au/en/support/contact-us.html)
How can I check the balance of my eGift Card?
For the balance of your eGift Card, please contact us online at https://www.beanz.com/au/en/support/contact-us.html or on 1300 139 798 Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm AEST. We reserve the right to correct the balance of your eGift Card if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
