This coffee is bright and clear, with the soft sweetness of apricot jam leading into smooth milk chocolate and a light, floral hint of lychee. The flavors are vivid but never cluttered — each one steps forward in turn, clean and confident. Supersonic processing is usually bold and wild, but here it’s refined. The cup shows an uncommon clarity for such an intense method, balancing fruit richness with a polished finish. It’s both expressive and composed — a lively, elegant cup.
