This coffee from Peru presents as clean, bright and delicately layered with mandarin, apricot and green plum notes. Fully washed and roasted to perform beautifully across filter and espresso alike. Grown at 1,850 metres in the Cajamarca highlands of northern Peru, this coffee comes from Fredesvinda Estela - a young farmer who, alongside her husband, has dedicated herself to raising the quality of her small farm one harvest at a time.
