Diner coffee mightn't have the greatest reputation but some of our greatest coffee memories are of those welcoming mugs we enjoyed on a long road trip or at the late night greasy spoon, when we really needed it. This darker roast is nutty, full-bodied, rich as chocolate and warms the cockles in a way only true nostalgia can.

Equator's organic, fair-trade certified blend reminds us of an intensely dark chocolate – perhaps the one flavor in espresso that both traditionalists and new world lovers can unanimously agree they want in their cup. Well, we're yet to find anyone who disagrees. It's sure to cut through milk and cream – you'll find a little candied nuts, spice and depthy fruits to keep things three-dimensional...

Thick winey blueberries, rich dark chocolate, molasses. See where this is going? The Monarch is a little sultry and very sugar dense. During the roasting process, Onyx push those caramelized, syrupy notes even further, making this Ethiopian and Colombian a must for those who like it rich. Perfect served with milk (or mylk). Drip and espresso-friendly.

Morning Sun is Olympia’s darkest roast yet, but you won’t find any smoky flavours here—it's like a warm, chocolatey hug or a caramel summer sunrise. Made with love by family farmers high up in the Colombian Andes. An everyday hit sipped black or with milk.
