"Waykan is a regional blend produced from the municipalities of Chajul, Quiche, Cotzal, and Nebaj, and is part of an incentive program with importers to encourage higher quality across the board. Farmers, no matter how small or large their farm may be, are invited to bring their coffees to be scored and profiled. Through marathon cuppings, a real team effort, the cleanest, crispest coffees are chosen and blended into what you’re drinking today!"
KLLR takes the concept of coffee transparency to great lengths, publishing their roasting and trade data on their website for curious customers to read over.
