Ethiopia had a head-start on the rest of the world's coffee plantations by a few thousand years, which may suggest why its complexity is so coveted by coffee obsessives. This Guji lot is a hallmark example with confident notes of blueberries and pressed florals, supported by a velvety milk chocolate body. Airship recommend this one best as espresso, but they roast it to perform under all brewing methods.
