Roaster Notes
Ngogomo takes its name from the hill where it all began, with a fisherman. When the fish disappeared from a nearby stream, he turned to coffee farming, drawn by the region s ideal climate and rich soils. His neighbours followed, and what started as one man s livelihood became a thriving community of 1,725 farmers across 18 hills in Muyinga province.
