Our decade long collaboration with buyer Mario Trochez and exporter Racafé provides improved infrastructure for growers in the Pescador region, northeast of Cauca, Colombia. To reduce coffee s exposure to the elements and pests during processing, drying tunnels are being constructed to improve the quality of coffee throughout the Pescador region.
